Consultation Services

Shythrelghunexar provides consultation services rather than physical products. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultation services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations subject to the following terms:

Advance Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. This fee compensates for reserved time that cannot be reallocated.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee. Rescheduling may be available at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be accommodated if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Refunds for consultation services are available under the following circumstances:

Service Completion

Once a consultation session has been completed, refunds are not available. Consultation services are provided at the time of the session, and completion of the session constitutes delivery of the service.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a consultation service, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date. We will review your concerns and work to address any issues appropriately. Resolution may include additional consultation time, clarification of recommendations, or other appropriate measures.

Payment Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events, we will work with clients to find appropriate solutions, which may include full refunds or rescheduling without penalty.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, typically 1-2 billing cycles.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your consultation details and payment information so we can investigate the delay.

Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be available. For example, if a consultation session is partially completed but cannot be finished due to circumstances beyond either party's control, a prorated refund may be offered based on the portion of the session that was completed.

Partial refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis and require communication with our team to assess the specific situation.

Gift Consultations

If a consultation was purchased as a gift, cancellation and refund policies apply to the original purchaser. Gift recipients should coordinate cancellations or changes with the person who purchased the consultation, or contact us directly with the gift certificate or purchase information.

Rescheduling vs. Cancellation

Rescheduling a consultation is different from cancellation. Rescheduling maintains your appointment and does not trigger refund policies, provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance. Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to review, and we reserve the right to limit excessive rescheduling.

If rescheduling is not possible and cancellation is necessary, standard cancellation policies apply based on the timing of the cancellation request.
